Clients must notify us as soon as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations made at short notice may incur charges to cover materials, labour or administrative costs already incurred.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to the property and ensuring the work area is safe and clear at the time of service. Delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information may affect timelines and costs.
We take reasonable care to provide services to a high professional standard. Any warranties provided apply only to the workmanship and materials supplied by us. We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, third-party materials or misuse after installation.
Emergency or out-of-hours services are subject to availability and may be charged at a different rate. We will always aim to respond promptly but cannot guarantee immediate attendance in all situations.
